1. Your Acceptance

10. General
This Site is to be deemed based in Pennsylvania. This Site is to be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over us, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Pennsylvania.
This User Agreement is governed by laws of Pennsylvania, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Pennsylvania for any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement. You waive the right to object to any state or federal court in Pennsylvania as the proper and convenient venue for a legal action or proceeding related to this agreement.
This User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and other legal notices published by us on this Site are the entire agreement between you and us concerning this Site. If any provision of this User Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of the provision is not to affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this User Agreement. No waiver of a provision of this User Agreement is to deemed a further or continuing waiver of the provision term or any other provision. Our failure to assert a provision of this User Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to benefit a third party.
